DNS Lookup
Query DNS records: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT, NS, SOA and more.
How it works
A comprehensive DNS lookup tool that queries Google DNS to retrieve various DNS records for any domain.
Query A records for IPv4 addresses, AAAA for IPv6, CNAME for canonical names, MX for mail servers, TXT for text records, NS for nameservers, and SOA for start of authority records. The ALL option retrieves all available record types at once.
Results display in a clean table showing the record name, TTL (time to live), type, and value. TTL is shown in seconds, indicating how long DNS resolvers should cache the record before querying again.
Essential for troubleshooting DNS issues, verifying DNS propagation after making changes, checking mail server configuration, or investigating domain setup.
